Accepted forms of payment

Credit Card
We currently accept 4 major credit cards: Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We must be able to verify your credit card, so the billing address you provide must match the address to which your credit card statements are sent. We also require the security code found on all major credit cards. If you are unable to provide us with this information at checkout, your order may require extra processing time. Check or Money Order
If you wish to pay by check, we will ship your order when the payment clears our bank, which is typically 7 days after we receive your payment.

If you wish to pay by money order, we will ship your order when the payment clears our bank, which is typically within 24 hours after we deposit your payment.


Wire Transfer
If you wish to pay via a Wire Transfer, we will be able to process your order immediately upon verification of payment.  Please call us at 1-781-935-5558 to schedule a wire transfer.

Please pay all bank fees separately.  If your bank or an intermediary bank deducts your fees from our payment, we will not be able to ship your order until we receive the full order amount.

If you wish to pay via a PayPal account, you must first proceed through the checkout process. 

At the end of the checkout process, you will see a PayPal logo that you must click. This link will ensure that all of your order information is properly stored during the PayPal transaction.

Purchase Orders
If your school, school district, hospital, business or organization uses purchase orders, you can send us a purchase order by fax, email or mail.  Once a valid purchase order is received, our Customer Support Team will process the order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax at the rate of 6.25% is applied to all orders being shipped to a Massachusetts address. Orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Massachusetts are not charged sales tax.

Items Not Refundable

Software, Dream World sew steady tables, steam products, clothing presses, software, memory cards, disk packs, sewing cabinets, sewing chairs, cutting tables, cabinet inserts, extension tables, thread, parts, notions, and special order items are not returnable nor refundable.  If an item is determined by Marie's Sewing Center to be defective we will replace, not refund it, at no cost to you.


 30 Day Return Policy

If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product.  Simply call 1-781-935-5558 for a Return Authorization number. Items will not be accepted without Return Authorization number.

Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have shipping fees deducted from the refund. 

Dress Forms have a restocking fee of 15% if returned to the Manufacturer within 8 to 14 days of purchase, no restocking fee if returned within 7 days of purchase. (These Are The Manufactures Policies)

  • Sew Steady brand products
  • Software
  • Opened DVD's 
  • Instructional Manuals
  • Vacuum Cleaners or Vacuum Bags
  • Repair Parts including bobbin cases, needle plates, foot controls


Household sewing machines and household vacuums are not intended for commercial use.  Any commercial use of a home sewing machine or vacuum cleaner will void all warranties and the 30-Day Return Policy.
